Cancellation Policy

 Handyman Services Cancellation Policy

Scheduling an appointment with just call peter lee means that we have reserved a time in our schedule exclusively for you. Because missed appointments and last-minute cancellations can impact our business, we enforce the following policy.


1. Cancellation or Rescheduling Notice: We require a minimum of [24] hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a "Service Call Plus" appointment or 1 week for a "Bigger Project" appointment without a penalty. 


This allows us sufficient time to rebook the slot.


2. Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your appointment with less than the above notice, a late cancellation fee of [5% of the service cost] will be charged.


3. No-Show Policy: If you fail to be present for a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notification, you will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the [full service amount or a specific fee]. 


This also applies if our service provider is unable to access the property.


4. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us through one of the following methods:

  • Phone/Text: 4409036354
  • or on the client hub portal by hitting the cancel or reschedule button.


5. How Fees Are Collected: Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the payment method on file or included on a separate invoice.


6. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss any such situations.


7. Policy Acknowledgment: By booking a service with JustCallPeterLee, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
